UXV is looking for a skilled mechanical engineer with good process understanding and solid experience within Solidworks.

As a mechanical engineer, you will primarily work with long-term development projects, which are often a combination of mechanics and electronics. Your primary tasks will be:

• Maintaining and renewing existing products / mechanical parts.
• Drawing and designing mechanical parts.
• Design and determine material
• Preparation of production documentation, including production optimization.
• Testing of topics, including strength, environment etc.

Our engineering team consists of mechanical-, software-, and mechatronic engineers. The team is responsible for exploring and developing new electronic UXV components and mechanical functions and bringing them to market.

As a mechanical engineer, you will be part of a professional team that works across teams and departments.

Do you have what it takes?

• You have an education as a mechanical engineer (civil engineer), mechanical engineer, technical draftsman etc, with experience as a developer in a technical department.
• You have experience with 3D CAD drawing programs e.g. Solidworks.
• You are result-oriented and take pride in delivering high quality and meeting agreed deadlines.
• You are independent, and are good at taking initiative and finding new solutions.
• You work in a structured and systematic way - and are good at keeping focus on the details and maintaining an overview and prioritizing correctly when there are many projects at once.
• You master Danish and English in writing and speaking.
