Washington, DC - October 15, 2024 – UXV Technologies, a leading producer of technologies for
unmanned systems and defense robotics, and Samsung Electronics America, a global leader in the
production of a wide variety of electronics, are delighted to announce the signing of a Memorandum
of Understanding (MoU) for a strategic alliance. Once finalized, this alliance will strengthen and
expand the companies' joint efforts in marketing, innovation, and the development of cutting-edge
technologies, including dismounted controllers, in areas such as unmanned systems and defense
robotics. The MoU was officially signed today during a ceremony at AUSA 2024 in Washington, DC.
As part of today's event, UXV Technologies unveiled three new dismounted controllers: the SRoC
S23, SRoC Tab 5, and SRoC Xcover Pro, all featuring key components from Samsung Electronics
America. This announcement follows UXV Technologies’ recent launch of the Navigator Tab 5
controller, the successor to the Navigator Tab 3, which is compatible with both the Samsung Galaxy
Tab Active5 and Galaxy Tab Active3.
Commenting on the strategic alliance, Barbara Hoffman, VP at Samsung Electronics America,
